Our vision is to facilitate and speed up the growth of individuals and organization in Indonesia based on world class standard. That is one of the reasons why we choose to work with international partner and bring the values to build local wisdom. The initiative to develop Eksperte has been started back in 2015 with support from a few partners conducting assessment in Risk Management area. In 2021, we started the collaboration with AQR International with focus to introduce Mental Toughness as a concept for individual and organizational performance development in Indonesia.

Why Eksperte
